All three of these parts are important factors to centrifugal, submersible and multi-stage pump systems. At Anglian Pumping Services we have considerable skills and experience in sourcing and fitting electric motors, fan units and gearbox units.
We offer a high quality service for repairing your gearboxes. The service is offered over a vast range of types and sizes from small helical worm boxes to large industrial reducers. Our mobile engineers boast extensive knowledge of gearboxes to ensure that endfloat tooth contacts and shaft surfaces are to a tolerance that the customer would expect including:
Gearbox engineering
- Collection from site
- Wash, strip and inspect paying special attention to signs of wear
- Repair or new unit quoted
- All parts will be cleaned, degreased and outer casing bead blasted
- All new parts will be genuine manufacturers where possible
- Unit reassembled, filled with lubricant and fully tested
