The DAB Esybox 60161181 is the flagship DAB variable speed booster pump — a fully integrated all-in-one unit combining a self-priming multi-stage pump, inverter, pressure and flow sensors, 2-litre expansion vessel, and an orientable LCD display in a single compact housing. Delivering up to 80 l/min at 3bar, it is suited to larger domestic homes, small commercial premises, wells, boreholes, and rainwater harvesting systems.

The variable speed inverter continuously matches motor speed to demand — maintaining constant pressure at every outlet while significantly reducing energy consumption. Built-in WiFi connects to the DAB H2D app for remote monitoring, with Google Home and Amazon Alexa voice control included. Self-primes to 8m. Installs horizontally, vertically, or wall-mounted. The DAB Esybox is DAB’s flagship all-in-one electronic pressurisation system, designed for domestic and commercial properties with higher water demand. It combines a self-priming multi-stage pump, integrated inverter, pressure and flow sensors, a 2-litre expansion vessel, and an orientable LCD display — all in a single housing.

What is the difference between the Esybox and the Esybox Mini 3?

The full-size Esybox has a higher flow rate (120 vs 80 l/min), greater head (65m vs 55m), more power (1.4 vs 0.85 kW), a larger 2-litre expansion vessel (vs 1 litre), and is even quieter at 43 dB(A) vs 45 dB(A). It also adds voice control via Google Home and Amazon Alexa. It is suited to larger homes, commercial use, and multi-pump Esytwin configurations. The Mini 3 is the more compact, lower-cost choice for smaller domestic properties.

Is it WRAS approved for drinking water?

Yes. The Esybox holds full WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) approval, confirming it is safe and legal for connection to potable (drinking) water supplies across the UK.

How does the WiFi and voice control work?

Built-in WiFi connects to the DAB H2D app, giving you remote monitoring of pressure, flow, power, and speed, plus the ability to change settings and receive fault alerts. The pump also integrates with Google Home and Amazon Alexa — say “Hey Google, power shower” to boost pressure, or “Hey Google, sleep mode” to quieten the pump overnight.

How quiet is it?

Can it connect directly to the mains?

No — it must draw from a break tank or cold water storage cistern. Direct mains connection is not permitted under WRAS regulations.

What is the Esydock and Esytwin?

The Esydock is a docking station with integrated pipework that allows the Esybox to be connected and disconnected from the system without tools — ideal for easy servicing. The Esytwin is a dual docking base that links two Esybox units together, doubling capacity. Up to four Esybox units can be linked in total, creating high-output pressure units for larger commercial or multi-dwelling sites.

Can it draw from a well, borehole, or rainwater tank?

Yes. Self-priming to 8 metres depth — no separate priming pump required. Suitable for shallow wells, boreholes, and below-ground rainwater tanks. Keep incoming water below 35°C (40°C for non-domestic use).

Does it have dry-run and fault protection?

Yes. The Esybox includes comprehensive built-in protections: dry-run shutdown, overtemperature, voltage anomaly, anti-blocking, anti-cycling, and anti-frost. All faults are logged and viewable in the H2D app.

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
