Delivering up to 61 l/min max and 46m head max, it features a 19-litre pressure vessel that stores pressurised water between pump cycles — significantly reducing the number of motor starts and extending pump life compared to units with smaller vessels. An automatic pressure on/off switch starts the pump when flow is opened and stops it when demand ceases, requiring no manual intervention.

Can it connect directly to the mains?

No. The BPT1200SS must be fed from a break tank, cold water storage cistern, or private water supply. Direct connection to the mains is not permitted. If you need a mains-fed system, please contact us to discuss alternatives.

Why does the pressure vessel size matter?

The pressure vessel stores pre-pressurised water so that small draw-offs (e.g. brief tap use) can be satisfied without the pump needing to start. A larger vessel means fewer pump starts per day — which reduces motor wear, lowers energy consumption, and extends the life of the pump. Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
