The WaterBoost WB-Advant Slim 500 Esybox is a compact, high-performance slimline water boosting system combining a 500-litre WRAS-approved slimline storage tank with the DAB Esybox variable speed pump. It is engineered for larger domestic properties where high flow performance matters — but the plant room, utility, or install route can’t take a wider tank.

At just 500mm wide, the vertical slimline tank clears a standard 762mm internal doorway with an extremely generous 262mm to spare — opening up cellars, loft installs, tight utility rooms and garage spaces that no standard-footprint 500L Advant tank can reach. Capable of delivering 80 l/min at 3 bar and up to 6.5 bar maximum, the Esybox continuously adjusts its speed to match demand — maintaining consistent pressure across multiple outlets simultaneously while using significantly less energy than fixed-speed alternatives. The external pump is mounted alongside the tank for easy access and servicing.

!The Esybox cannot connect directly to the mains. The tank must be supplied from the mains water inlet and the pump draws from the tank. In-service weight (filled) is approximately 550kg — confirm floor loading before install.

What is the Type AB Airgap option?

The Type AB Airgap is an optional fitting that provides Fluid Category 5 protection — the highest level of backflow protection defined by the Water Regulations. It ensures the mains supply cannot be contaminated by any water in the tank under any conceivable failure. What is the difference between this and the standard WB-Advant 500 Esybox?

Identical pump and identical performance — the only difference is the tank footprint. This slimline version is 500mm wide (150mm narrower than the standard 650mm Advant 500) with a slightly longer 1100mm length. Choose slimline for tight access; choose standard where access allows.

Is 80 l/min enough for my property?

80 l/min at 3 bar suits most 3–4 bedroom properties comfortably, supporting multiple simultaneous outlets (power showers, taps and appliances). For very high simultaneous demand or where redundancy matters, an Esybox Twin variant may be more appropriate — or for higher storage buffer, step up to the WB-Advant Slim 1000 Esybox. Can I add a second pump later?

Yes — the Esybox has DAB H2D wireless built in, meaning a second Esybox can be added and paired to run as duty/assist without replacing the tank or the original pump. This gives you full pump redundancy at a later date without a system rebuild.

Can it connect directly to the mains?

No — the Esybox cannot connect directly to the mains. The mains supply fills the tank via the pre-fitted ball float valve, and the pump draws from the tank. This ensures full compliance with Water Regulations and provides a storage buffer for peak demand periods.

What colour options are available?

The tank is available in boat blue (WaterBoost brand colour), black, or natural as standard. Other colours available on request — contact us for lead times and options.

How does the WiFi and voice control work?

The DAB Esybox connects to the DConnect app via built-in WiFi for remote pressure monitoring, adjustment, and fault alerts. It also integrates with Google Home and Amazon Alexa — say “Hey Google, power shower” to boost pressure, or “Hey Google, sleep mode” to quieten it at night.

Is the tank WRAS approved?

Yes — the storage tank is manufactured from WRAS-approved polymer and is fully compliant for potable water storage. The DAB Esybox pump is also WRAS approved for potable water use.

What warranties are included?

10 years on the storage tank, and 3 years DAB manufacturer warranty on the Esybox pump — both when purchased from Anglian Pumping Services.

Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

What is a mains pressure boosting system?

A mains pressure boosting system increases the pressure and flow of water from the incoming mains supply into a property.
