The DAB Esytank 300 with Esybox Mini3 is a complete pressure boosting system pairing the WRAS-approved Esybox Mini3 variable-speed pump with a 275-litre useable HDPE storage tank. Designed for domestic and light commercial properties where mains pressure is low or mains flow is restricted, in a more compact footprint than the 500-litre version. Compact enough to fit through standard cellar doorways, with everything supplied for first-time installation.
Complete system — Esybox Mini3 pump, Esytank 300 (275 L useable), Esydock, suction pipe, foot valve, delivery pipe, and float valve all included
Up to 45 l/min at 3 bar — variable-speed inverter saves up to 50% energy versus fixed-speed alternatives
Esybox Mini3 is WRAS approved — certified for potable drinking water; tank manufactured from food-grade HDPE
Compact footprint — smaller tank than the Esytank 500, ideal where space is tighter
Modular and expandable — auxiliary tanks couple on three sides; up to 4 Mini3 pumps can be linked for higher demand
Easy maintenance — accessible top inspection lid; pump docks and undocks without tools
3-year DAB manufacturer warranty when purchased from Anglian Pumping, an authorised distributor

More about this product
The DAB Esytank 300 with Esybox Mini3 is a complete, ready-to-install pressure boosting system pairing DAB’s award-winning Esybox Mini3 variable-speed pump with a 275-litre useable HDPE break tank. The smaller-tank version of the Esybox Mini3 system — same pump performance, more compact footprint, suited to properties with limited plant-room space.
Mains water fills the Esytank gradually through a float valve. The Esybox Mini3 then draws from the tank and delivers constant boosted pressure to every outlet on demand. The variable-speed inverter continuously adjusts to match real-time demand — DAB rate the energy saving at up to 50% compared with fixed-speed equivalents.
Supplied complete with Esydock, suction pipe with foot valve, delivery pipe, mains fill float valve, and overflow fitting. The Esybox Mini3 is WRAS approved for potable water; the Esytank is manufactured from food-grade HDPE. Backed by a 3-year DAB manufacturer warranty.
Esybox Mini3 WRAS approved — potable water
The Esybox Mini3 cannot connect directly to the mains in installations where regulations require a break (Category 5 fluid category) between the mains supply and any installation that re-pressurises water. A break tank fulfils that requirement.
But the Esytank does more than just satisfy regulations — it acts as a reservoir, filling slowly during low-demand periods and holding 275 litres ready for peak draw. Even if your incoming mains delivers only a trickle, the system can still supply a power shower and washing machine simultaneously, because the pump is drawing from the tank, not waiting on the mains.
The chart shows the relationship between flow rate and head for the Esybox Mini3 pump. As demand increases, the variable-speed inverter increases output — but as with any pump, available pressure decreases as flow rises. The 45 l/min figure is the realistic working flow at 3 bar, the pressure most domestic systems are calibrated to.
Indicative pump curve. Actual performance varies with installation conditions. Refer to the DAB data sheet for full performance data.
Three different approaches to pressure boosting in similar property sizes. The Esytank + Mini3 is the DAB-integrated solution; the WaterBoost Slimline 300 Mini3 uses the same pump with a UK-manufactured WRAS slimline tank in a slightly different format; the WaterBoost ATX-300 takes a fundamentally different approach — a sealed accumulator that connects directly to the mains, with no break tank or overflow.
