WaterBoost WB-Coffin 200 POP Variable Speed 2205210P
- Established 1975
- Trusted by thousands of customers
The WaterBoost WB-Coffin 200 POP is a compact, variable-speed water boosting system designed for smaller domestic applications where space is restricted and a modest boost is all that’s needed. It combines a 200-litre WRAS-approved coffin-style tank with the lightweight DAB Esybox POP pump — the most affordable entry point in the WB-Coffin range.
Delivering up to 24 litres per minute at 2.5 bar, the WB-Coffin 200 POP is ideal for improving pressure to a single shower, bathroom, or small flat where flow demand is light. The tank connects directly to the mains via the pre-fitted ½” ball float valve, and all interconnecting pipework is included as standard.
With a compact footprint of 1185mm (L) × 510mm (W) × 490mm (H), it is perfectly suited to installations where height restrictions or limited access are key considerations, including cupboards, garages, and plant rooms.

More about this product
The WaterBoost WB-Coffin 200 POP is the entry-level model in the WB-Coffin range — combining a 200-litre WRAS-approved coffin tank with the compact DAB Esybox POP variable speed pump. It is designed for smaller domestic applications where space is restricted and flow demand is light: a single shower, a flat, or a 1-bathroom property that simply needs a modest, reliable pressure boost.
Delivering 24 l/min at 2.5 bar with a max pressure of 3.2 bar, the Esybox POP is DAB’s lightest and most compact all-in-one variable speed pump. It automatically adjusts speed to match demand, maintaining consistent pressure with low energy use. The tank connects directly to the mains via the pre-fitted ½” ball float valve.
The coffin tank sits horizontally at just 490mm tall — fitting under stairs, in cupboards, and in low-ceiling garages. All interconnecting PVC pipework is included. 3-year DAB pump warranty. Please contact us for delivery timescales.
All WB-Coffin systems use the same low-profile coffin tank format. The POP is the entry-level option — choose a higher model if you need more flow or higher pressure.
How much does it cost and how is it delivered?
£581.00 + VAT (£697.20 inc VAT). Please contact us via WhatsApp or phone for delivery timescales on this product.
What is the Esybox POP and how does it differ from the Mini3?
The Esybox POP is DAB’s newest, lightest, and most compact all-in-one variable speed pump. It delivers 24 l/min @ 2.5 bar with a max of 3.2 bar — suited to light-use single bathroom applications. The Esybox Mini3 delivers 50 l/min @ 3 bar with a max of 5.5 bar, and adds WiFi and voice control. Choose the POP if budget and light demand are the priority; choose the Mini3 if you need more flow or pressure.
How does the mains connection work?
The mains supply connects directly to the tank via the pre-fitted ½” ball float valve. The tank fills automatically and acts as a storage buffer. The Esybox POP then draws from the tank and boosts pressure throughout the property. A minimum of 0.5 bar incoming pressure is required for the standard fill valve.
Is this suitable for a 2-bathroom property?
The POP delivers 24 l/min — sufficient for light use in a single bathroom or flat, but likely to fall short if two showers or multiple outlets run simultaneously. For a 2-bathroom property, we’d recommend the WB-Coffin 200 Mini3 (£635 + VAT, 50 l/min) or the WB-Coffin 320 Mini3 (£745 + VAT) for more storage. Contact us if you’re unsure which is right.
Does it have WiFi?
No — the Esybox POP does not include WiFi connectivity. If WiFi monitoring and voice control are important, the WB-Coffin 200 Mini3 includes DConnect app, Google Home, and Alexa support.
What warranty is included?
3 years DAB manufacturer warranty on the Esybox POP pump when purchased from Anglian Pumping Services.

What is a mains pressure boosting system?
A mains pressure boosting system increases the pressure and flow of water from the incoming mains supply into a property. It typically combines a pump and a storage or expansion tank, drawing water from the mains and delivering it to taps, showers and appliances at a stronger, more consistent pressure. They are used where the incoming mains is too weak to serve modern outlets reliably.
When do I need a mains booster pump?
You normally need a mains booster if static mains pressure is below 1.5 to 2 bar, if showers run weakly when other taps are open, or if combi boilers struggle to deliver hot water. Anglian Pumping recommends checking static pressure at the stop tap before specifying a system, then choosing a model rated for the number of bathrooms and outlets in the property.
What size mains booster do I need for my home?
Sizing depends on the number of bathrooms, the type of fittings and the static mains pressure. As a guide, a 1 to 2 bathroom property with combi boiler or single shower often needs 1.6 to 3 bar boost. A 2 to 3 bathroom property typically needs 3 to 4.5 bar with an integral break tank. Larger homes need a tank-and-pump system such as the DAB Esybox with Esytank or a Powertank set.
What is a water booster pump?
A water booster pump increases the pressure of an existing water supply to give stronger flow at taps, showers and appliances. It can be a small inline pump fitted to the incoming mains, or a larger pump and tank set that draws from a break tank to feed the whole house. Boosters do not create water – they raise the pressure of the water already coming in.
What is the difference between an inline booster and a tank-and-pump booster?
An inline booster connects straight onto the incoming mains and is limited to 12 litres per minute under UK water regulations – examples include the Salamander HomeBoost and WaterBoost WB-Compact. A tank-and-pump booster, such as the Grundfos Home Booster or DAB Esybox with Esytank, draws from a break tank and can deliver much higher flow rates for larger homes with multiple bathrooms.
What is a variable speed booster pump?
A variable speed booster uses an inverter to adjust pump speed in real time to match demand. It maintains constant pressure as outlets open and close, runs more quietly than a fixed-speed pump and typically saves up to 50 per cent of the energy a fixed-speed equivalent would use. The DAB Esybox, DAB Esybox Mini 3 and Grundfos Scala2 are common variable speed examples.
