The Pedrollo FG-40/200A is a bare shaft EN 733 centrifugal pump for coupling to your own motor. With a 7.5 kW (10 HP) 2-pole motor it delivers up to 700 l/min and 55 m head; it can also be driven by a 4-pole motor for a quieter, lower-head duty.

Pump end only, supplied without motor, coupling or baseplate. Cast iron body and impeller, flanged connections. Counter flanges available on request.

Product overview

The Pedrollo FG-40/200A is a bare shaft single-impeller centrifugal pump built to EN 733 dimensions, with flanged suction and delivery and its own bearing housing. Driven by a 7.5 kW (10 HP) 2-pole motor at 2,900 rpm it covers 100 to 700 l/min with a working head of 55 m down to 41 m. Driven at 1,450 rpm by a 4-pole motor the duty drops to roughly half the flow and a quarter of the head; the 4-pole figures are in the specification table.

A bare shaft pump is the choice when the motor has to be something other than a standard close-coupled unit: a diesel engine on an irrigation or fire set, an ATEX motor, a specific make of motor the site standardises on, or where the pump and motor must be separately serviceable. The pump mounts on a baseplate with a flexible coupling and guard. Pedrollo supply the pump end; we can quote the motor, coupling and baseplate to suit.

Frequently asked questions

Is a motor included?

No. The FG is the pump end only. You need a motor of the size shown (2-pole or 4-pole), a flexible coupling, a coupling guard and a baseplate. Ask us to quote a complete set.

Which motor size do I need?

For 2-pole (2,900 rpm) drive: 7.5 kW. For 4-pole (1,450 rpm) drive: 1.1 kW. The figures are in the specification table.

Are the flanges included?

No. Counter flanges, nuts, bolts and gaskets are available separately — ask us when ordering.

How does it compare with the F and F4?

Same EN 733 hydraulics. The F and F4 are close-coupled monoblock pumps with the motor built in; the FG is the pump end alone for you to drive.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Pallet/Large/Difficult items:
Some large, heavy or difficult to transport items may incur an additional delivery charge. Please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering.
