The Lowara 1GSL11M-C4S 230v (104150100, now 104150B00) is a 4″ stainless steel submersible borehole pump from the Lowara GS range: 1GSL low-flow hydraulic, 35 stages, a 1.1 kW 230V single phase motor, up to 232 m of head and flows up to 22.5 l/min (1.35 m³/h).

The 1GSL suits low-yield boreholes and deep wells where only a small flow is available. GS pumps are built for water with sand, iron or manganese: an abrasion-resistant design with a front wear plate and floating polycarbonate impellers, in a corrosion-resistant stainless steel structure.

The Lowara 1GSL11M-C4S 230v (104150100, now 104150B00) is a 4″ submersible borehole pump with the low-flow 1GSL hydraulic, 35 stages and a 1.1 kW 230V single phase motor. It delivers up to 232 m of head at zero flow and up to 22.5 l/min (1.35 m³/h), with 90 m of head still available at maximum flow.

Lowara GS pumps are designed for boreholes where sand, iron or manganese wear out ordinary pumps. An abrasion-resistant construction with a front wear plate and floating polycarbonate impellers resists wear, while the stainless steel structure resists corrosion.

FAQs

How deep can it pump from?

At zero flow it generates up to 232 m of head; at its maximum flow of 1.35 m³/h it still gives 90 m. Your total head is the pumping water level depth plus the height and pressure needed, plus pipe losses.

Is the 1GSL right for my borehole?

It suits low-yield boreholes. If your borehole gives more water, a 2GS or 4GS will deliver more flow. Send us your test-pump results and we’ll advise.

Will it fit my borehole?

The GS is a 4″ pump, so it fits a 4″ or larger internal casing.

What else will I need?

A drop cable, rising main, safety rope and suitable controls (single-phase pumps need the correct control box or capacitor). Ask us and we’ll specify a complete package.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
