Product overview

The DAB Esybox EsyTwin is a complete twin-pump booster set combining two DAB Esybox variable speed pumps on a single Esytwin docking base. It is the natural step up from a single Esybox where higher flow rates, greater reliability, or built-in redundancy are required.

The two pumps work together intelligently — sharing load under high demand, alternating to distribute wear evenly, and automatically switching to single-pump operation if one unit develops a fault. This means water supply is never fully interrupted, even during a pump fault.

Combined, the twin system delivers up to 180 l/min at 65m head, making it suited to large properties, apartment blocks, commercial buildings, and high-demand agricultural or irrigation applications. Backed by a 3-year DAB manufacturer warranty.

Two full-size Esybox variable speed booster pumps. Each with built-in inverter, 2-litre expansion vessel, LCD display, and WiFi (H2D app). 43 dB(A) per pump at 1m.

Esytwin docking base

Links both pumps with integrated 4-configuration pipework connections, anti-vibration feet, and wireless communication. Pumps dock and undock without tools for easy servicing.

Single Esybox

Suitable for homes up to around 3–4 bathrooms, single-dwelling properties, light commercial, and most agricultural applications. If a single pump meets your peak demand, there is no benefit to the twin.

Do I need the EsyTwin or will a single Esybox do?

A single Esybox delivers up to 120 l/min and is sufficient for most domestic properties and smaller commercial sites. Choose the EsyTwin if your peak demand exceeds 120 l/min, if you need built-in redundancy, or if running hours need to be shared between two pumps to extend service life. Contact us if you’re unsure.

How do the two pumps communicate and share load?

The two pumps communicate wirelessly — no wiring between them is required. At low demand, only one pump runs. When demand increases, the second starts and both share the load. The system alternates which pump leads, distributing running hours evenly to reduce wear and extend the life of both units.

What happens if one pump develops a fault?

The healthy pump automatically takes over and continues to supply water at up to 120 l/min. The fault is flagged on the display and in the H2D app so you can arrange a service visit without an emergency call-out.

Can it connect directly to the mains?

No — the Esybox pumps must draw from a break tank or cold water storage cistern. Contact us if you need help specifying a suitable tank.

Is it WRAS approved?

The Esybox pumps are WRAS approved — safe and legal for use with potable (drinking) water supplies in the UK. The Esytwin base is not separately WRAS approved.

How does the WiFi and remote monitoring work?

Both pumps connect independently to the DAB H2D app for remote monitoring of pressure, flow, power, and alarm history. Also integrates with Google Home and Amazon Alexa — “Hey Google, power shower” boosts pressure, “Hey Google, sleep mode” quietens the system overnight.

Can individual pumps be serviced without shutting down the system?

Yes. Each Esybox docks and undocks without tools. One pump can be removed for servicing while the other continues to supply water, making routine maintenance significantly less disruptive than a single-pump installation.

Can I expand beyond two pumps?

Yes. The Esybox system supports up to 4 pumps linked wirelessly. Two Esytwin bases can be connected using the Esytwin Double Connection Kit. Contact us for advice on larger configurations.

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
