The Flygt NX 3202 SH is a 32 kW submersible pump from the 3000-series X-type range, supplied here in the standard build with the ie3 + hard-iron™ impeller & insert ring. The X-type has drilled mounting flanges and no predetermined mechanical connection, so it adapts to wet-well or dry-well installation (a cooling jacket is fitted for dry-well duty).

Overview

This listing is the Flygt NX 3202 SH rated at 32 kW on a 3-phase supply, built with the ie3 + hard-iron™ impeller & insert ring. The N-hydraulic keeps the impeller clear of rag and solids for sustained efficiency on wastewater and effluent duties, and the Hard-Iron high-chrome impeller and insert ring add abrasion resistance for gritty media. The IE3 premium-efficiency motor lowers running cost over the pump life.

Is this an Ex-rated unit?

No – this is the standard build. An ATEX Ex-rated version of the same pump is listed separately where the site is classified as a potentially explosive atmosphere.

Can it be used in a dry-well installation?

Yes. The X-type is designed for both wet-well and dry-well use; for dry-well duty a cooling jacket must be fitted.

Does it include leakage sensing?

Yes – NX 3153/3171/3202/3301 units include FLS leakage sensing as standard. It can be left disconnected if not required, with no change to the pump.

Which impeller / curve does this use?

Impeller 273 – 275. The hydraulic family (SH) and impeller code together fix the duty point; ask for a sizing check if you are unsure which curve matches your flow and head.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Pallet/Large/Difficult items:
