The AP series of Grundfos drainage pumps are designed for temporary and portable installations, but can also be installed on a permanent free-standing basis.

The Grundfos AP 230v pump offers high quality construction, created using mostly stainless steel with a composite baseplate, perfectly optimised for submerged operation either freestanding on the plate or by join to an auto coupling. There is also a clip-on strainer included at the base of the unit designed to prevent larger particles from entering. The ring at the base of the unit prevents dirt from sticking to the clips.

The units are easy to install, and are service and maintenance free. Grundfos is renowned throughout the world for the reliability of its products. As the creator of the popular KP and MAGNA series, Grundfos has built a sturdy reputation for only creating quality. An investment in one of their products saves you having to worry about maintenance further down the line.

The AP range of pumps is built around versatility, and can be delivered either with or without a float switch in order to work either automatically or manually. This means that they can suit a wide variety of different water drainage systems.

The applications of the AP series are substantial:

It can be used to help drain water and rainwater within horticultural displays
It can help to drain excess water from rivers and lakes
It can be used to lessen the effects of flooding
It can be used to help pump water in and out of ponds, tanks and other containers
It can be used to drain effluents from showers, washing machines and sinks that are below sewer level
It can pump out liquids containing fibres, such as those from laundries or light industry
It can help to drain water from garage sprinkler systems.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery:

Standard delivery is free for all orders except some low cost or difficult to transport pumps where standard delivery is £6.20.

Standard delivery takes up to three working days for products that are in stock. Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:

Next working day delivery is available for a £15.00 + vat delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
