The Lowara SHOD 32-125/22/D (104527530) is an AISI 316 stainless steel single-stage centrifugal pump with an open, recessed impeller and flanged DN 50 suction / DN 32 delivery, in a rigid-coupling design with a double mechanical seal. It has a 2.2 kW 2-pole (2900 rpm) three-phase IE3 motor and delivers up to 400 l/min (24 m³/h) with up to 22.7 m of head.

SHO pumps are built for industrial washing machines, commercial dishwashers, metal-part washing and surface treatment, food-industry washing and dyeing plant, and for moving moderately viscous liquids with light chemical aggressiveness. The recessed impeller passes small solids up to 22 mm. They are not drainage or sewage pumps. The SHOD has a double mechanical seal with Rp ¼″ flushing connections.

FAQs

How much will it pump?

Up to 400 l/min (24 m³/h) with 18.1 m of head, or up to 22.7 m of head at no flow.

Can I use it for sewage or drainage?

No — Lowara state that SHO pumps are not drainage pumps. They are for washing systems and clean water with small solid particles.

What do SHOE, SHOS and SHOD mean?

SHOE is close-coupled, SHOS has a rigid coupling, and SHOD has a rigid coupling with a double mechanical seal. A “4” after the name (e.g. SHOE4) means a 4-pole, 1450 rpm motor.

What does the model number mean?

32 is the delivery size (DN 32), 125 the nominal impeller diameter in mm and 22 the motor power in kW×10.

How is the double seal flushed?

With clean liquid compatible with the pumped liquid, from an external circuit at 0.5 bar above the pump pressure, through the Rp ¼″ connections.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
