Full Description

The Flygt NP 3153 MT 12.5 kW (3-phase) is a submersible pump for permanent wet (P-type) installation. This IE3 Premium Hard-Iron build runs the patented self-cleaning N-impeller, whose back-swept leading edge and relief groove push solids through the pump rather than letting them build up. The impeller and insert ring are cast in abrasion-resistant Hard-Iron™ for gritty, sand-laden media that would wear standard cast iron. A premium-efficiency IE3 motor lowers running cost and energy use over the pump’s life (the kW rating differs slightly from the equivalent standard build). This is the ATEX explosion-protected version for wet wells classified as potentially explosive atmospheres.

What does Hard-Iron™ add?

Abrasion-resistant high-chrome impeller and insert ring for sandy, gritty media — markedly longer wear life than grey cast iron on abrasive duties.

Why the different kW to the standard build?

This is the IE3 premium-efficiency motor build; its rated power differs slightly from the equivalent standard-motor pump while delivering the same duty more efficiently.

Is leak detection included?

Yes — FLS leakage sensing is fitted as standard on this frame. MINI CAS monitoring relays are available as an option.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
