The Wilo Yonos PICO-Z 25/0,5-8-180 is a high-efficiency glandless circulator built specifically for domestic hot-water (secondary) recirculation. A stainless-steel housing and drinking-water-approved materials keep circulated water hygienic, while the high-efficiency EC motor and constant-pressure control hold hot water ready at every outlet using a fraction of the energy of older bronze or fixed-speed pumps. A thermal insulation shell is supplied as standard.

Suitable for drinking-water systems from +2 °C to +95 °C, up to a total water hardness of 20 °dH.

Frequently asked questions
Secondary domestic hot-water recirculation — moving stored hot water around the building so it arrives quickly at taps and showers. It is approved for drinking water; the standard Yonos PICO is not.
Hot-water recirculation runs continuously and must stay hygienic. The stainless-steel housing, oxide-ceramic shaft and carbon bearing resist corrosion and suit potable water, while using far less energy than older fixed-speed designs.
Yes — a thermal insulation shell is supplied as standard to limit heat loss from the pump body.
25 is the DN25 connection, the second figure the maximum head in metres, and the last the port-to-port length in millimetres.

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.
Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.
Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
