Grundfos TPED 32-230/2 Series 1000 cast iron twin-head variable-speed in-line pump, 0.75 kW

Twin-head, close-coupled in-line pump with two 0.75 kW IE5 permanent-magnet motors, each with its own integrated frequency converter, on a common cast iron housing. The heads run duty/standby with automatic alternation, or together at peak load, with a flap valve in the discharge port isolating the idle head.

Series 1000: supplied without a sensor. It runs on constant curve or from an external signal, and accepts a Grundfos differential-pressure sensor (sold separately) for closed-loop control.

Frequently asked questions

Is a pressure sensor included?

No. Series 1000 pumps are supplied without a sensor. They run on constant curve or from an external signal; for proportional- or constant-pressure control add a Grundfos differential-pressure sensor, sold separately.

What supply does it need?

3 x 380-500 V, 50/60 Hz. Each head has its own motor and needs its own supply. Rated current is 1.7-1.6 A per head.

What will it pump?

Its rated duty point is 118 l/min (7.1 m³/h) at 15 m head, and it reaches up to 23 m (2.25 bar) at zero flow and full speed. Pipe and fitting losses are not included.

What temperature and pressure can it take?

Liquid temperature -25 °C to +120 °C and a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar.

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
