Product overview

The Pedrollo CPm 160A is a 2.2 kW (3 HP) single-impeller centrifugal pump for clean water on a 230 V single-phase supply. It covers 50 to 240 l/min with a working head of 42 m down to 26 m across that range.

CP pumps are Pedrollo’s standard cast iron centrifugal range. They are simple, quiet and reliable, and are widely used for water distribution with small and medium pressure sets, for transferring liquids, and for irrigating gardens and allotments. The pump must be installed in an enclosed space or at least sheltered from the weather.

Frequently asked questions

Is it self-priming?

No. The CP needs a flooded suction or a foot valve on the suction pipe. For suction lift from a well or tank below the pump, look at the Pedrollo FUTURE JET self-priming range.

Can I use it on a pressure set?

Yes. Pair it with a pressure vessel and pressure switch, or a Pedrollo Steadypres inverter for constant pressure.

Is there a stainless steel version?

Yes. The CP-ST range has the same hydraulics with pump body, impeller and shaft in stainless steel, for softened or slightly aggressive water.

Where should it be installed?

Indoors or under cover, in a ventilated space protected from frost and the weather.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Pallet/Large/Difficult items:
