The Lowara 6GS22M/B-C4S 230v (104152640, now 104152G40) is a 4″ submersible borehole pump with 21 stages and a 2.2 kW 230V single phase motor. It delivers up to 132 m of head at zero flow and up to 140 l/min (8.4 m³/h), with 44.8 m of head still available at maximum flow.

Lowara GS pumps are designed for boreholes where sand, iron or manganese wear out ordinary pumps. An abrasion-resistant construction with a front wear plate and floating polycarbonate impellers resists wear, while the stainless steel structure resists corrosion. The compact unit suits domestic boreholes and installations where space is limited.

FAQs

How deep can it pump from?

At zero flow it generates up to 132 m of head; at its maximum flow of 8.4 m³/h it still gives 44.8 m. Your total head is the pumping water level depth plus the height and pressure needed at the property, plus pipe losses.

Will it fit my borehole?

The GS is a 4″ pump, so it fits boreholes with a 4″ or larger internal casing. Allow clearance for the cable and any guard.

Is it suitable for sandy water?

Yes — the GS range is designed for boreholes with sand, iron or manganese, with a front wear plate and floating impellers.

What else will I need?

A drop cable, rising main, safety rope and suitable controls (single-phase pumps need the correct control box or capacitor). Ask us and we’ll specify a complete package.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
