Salamander Catalytic Water Conditioners CWCOND
We offer Salamander Catalytic Water Conditioners both for single point and whole house use. They are the perfect, easy-to-install option for preventing limescale build-up in your water system or appliance, with their smart alloy core, which changes Calcium Carbonate from Calcite to Aragonite. This process is incredibly effective, and doesn't use chemicals or salt, either, which ensures that your water is safe to drink. Environmentally conscious and compact, these Water Conditioners are WRAS approved and maintenance free, too.
Which water conditioner is the right one for you?
It is important to source the correct size conditioner, as having the incorrect one can compromise water delivery and affect treatment quality.
The sizing of water conditioners is selected based on the water flow travelling through them. We currently stock Salamander Catalytic Water Conditioners for 0-15 l/min flows, 3-25 l/min flows, and 24-54 l/min flows.
In general applications where the flow rate is known to be low or there is relatively heavy scale build-up inside the pipe already, a conditioner one size smaller than the pipe diameter is recommended. Therefore, it is important for the installer to check the flow rate as they enter the property, to ensure that the best option is sourced.
