The most common question we get after someone has chosen a WaterBoost is not about the product. It’s “who’s going to fit it?” Here’s the answer for anyone in East Anglia — and what to do if you’re further away.

Who fits it

Our own engineers — the same people who build the systems in Ipswich. We cover Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire, and travel anywhere in those four counties is included in the price. You get someone who has installed dozens of these, knows the H2D app inside out, and can tell you in the first minute whether the space works.

Outside those counties, any competent plumber can fit a WaterBoost. Every product page has the data sheet and manual with everything they need, and if they want to talk it through, they can message us on WhatsApp.

How it works

1 — Add it to your orderTick installation on the product page, or add it from the button above. It goes through at £0 — nothing to pay for the install yet.
2 — Photo surveyYour order confirmation links to a five-minute form: three photos, a few measurements, your postcode.
3 — Fixed priceWithin one working day we confirm the price and offer dates. Pay by secure link once you’re happy — not before.
4 — We fit itEngineer arrives in a two-hour window, connects, commissions, sets up the app and walks you through it.
5 — Guaranteed12 months on our workmanship, on top of the 5 or 10-year tank and 3-year pump warranties.

Why the photos first

Because the price depends on the job, not the product. A Nook going into a kitchen unit next to the stopcock is an hour or two. A 400-litre slimline going into a loft is a different afternoon. Three photos tell us which one we’re looking at — so the price we give you is the price you pay, and nobody turns up to find the main is on the other side of the house.

It also protects you. If the space won’t take the system you’ve chosen, we say so before anything is booked and help you pick one that will. No call-out charge, no wasted day.

What to have ready

A socket
A standard 13 A socket within 1.5 m of where the system goes. If there isn’t one, your electrician fits it before we come.
The main within reach
We connect to your existing 22 mm cold main within 3 m. Further than that is quoted on the survey.
A drain, for tank systems
Break-tank systems need an overflow. A gully or drain point within 3 m is included.
A clear route in
Doorway, hatch or stairs. Lofts above a single storey and old systems to remove are quoted separately.

Questions people ask

I already own a WaterBoost — can you fit it?

Yes. Use the button at the top, check out at £0 and the survey link follows. Put your original order number on the form if you have it.

How long does the install take?

A Compact, Nook or small ATX is usually done in a morning. A slimline tank system or a larger ATX is a half day. Grand and twin-tank systems are a full day and we tell you that on the survey.

Will my water be off?

For an hour or so while we tee into the main. ATX systems have a bypass, so once it’s in you’re never off again even if the pump is ever swapped.

What if I cancel?

Free up to 48 hours before the booked date. Inside 48 hours we charge the travel, because the van day is already lost.

I’m not in the four counties.

We still supply, size and advise. Any competent plumber can fit a WaterBoost from the data sheet and manual on the product page, and they’re welcome to message us on WhatsApp while they’re on site.

Add installation at £0 and we’ll take it from the photos.
