Full Description

The Wilo Yonos PICO 25/1-8-130 is a high-efficiency, electronically controlled glandless (wet-rotor) circulator for sealed central heating and cooling systems. Its ECM motor and automatic differential-pressure control match output to demand, cutting running costs against older fixed-speed pumps while keeping flow quiet and stable. A single green button and clear LED display make set-up straightforward, and an energy efficiency index of EEI ≤ 0.23 keeps running costs low against older fixed-speed pumps.

Where it’s used

Designed for sealed, closed-loop systems: two-pipe and single-pipe radiator heating, underfloor heating, air-conditioning and chilled-water circuits. The grey cast-iron housing is intended for heating and cooling water only — for domestic hot-water (drinking-water) recirculation, use the stainless-steel Yonos PICO-Z instead.

Frequently asked questions

What systems is this pump designed for?

Sealed heating and cooling circuits — radiators, underfloor heating, air-conditioning and similar closed systems. The cast-iron housing is not for drinking-water circulation; for hot-water recirculation choose the Yonos PICO-Z.

Which control mode should I use?

Variable differential pressure (Δp-v) suits most two-pipe radiator systems; constant differential pressure (Δp-c) suits underfloor heating and higher-resistance circuits; three fixed speeds are available for simple set-ups.

Will it replace an older fixed-speed pump?

In most cases yes — the 130 mm port-to-port length and G1½ connections match common standard-length circulators, and the high-efficiency motor typically uses far less energy.

What does the model number mean?

25 is the DN25 connection, the second number the maximum head in metres, and the last the port-to-port length in millimetres.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free on most orders. Some items may incur a delivery charge depending on weight, size or value. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
