The Flamco Flexfiller Minipress 130 is a compact wall-mounted digital pressurisation unit designed to maintain pressure in sealed heating and cooling systems. Suitable for systems up to 6,000 litres — including heating systems with expansion vessels up to 300 litres and chilled systems with expansion vessels up to 50 litres — it automatically tops up system pressure from the mains supply and monitors system status via an integrated electronic pressure transducer and microprocessor.

Delivers up to 0.5 l/min at 1 bar with a maximum delivery pressure of 3.0 bar. Pressure is adjustable in 0.1 bar increments. What is the Minipress 130?

The Flamco Flexfiller Minipress 130 is a compact, wall-mounted digital pressurisation unit designed to automatically maintain pressure in sealed heating and cooling systems. It monitors system pressure via an integrated electronic pressure transducer and tops up from the mains supply whenever pressure drops below the set point — keeping the system at the correct operating pressure without manual intervention.

Suitable for sealed systems up to 6,000 litres, including heating systems with expansion vessels up to 300 litres and chilled systems with expansion vessels up to 50 litres. Maximum delivery pressure is 3.0 bar, adjustable in 0.1 bar increments. The 2-litre internal break tank provides a buffer and ensures Category 5 backflow protection via a visible AB air gap and weir overflow — fully water authority compliant.

MODBUS RTU support enables integration with building management systems. Commissioning takes approximately 30 seconds. A 12-month onscreen service reminder ensures maintenance intervals are not missed. Flood protection is provided via a pump runtime limiter and excessive start alarms. Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £16.50 + VAT delivery charge.
